At Kill Crew, we stand behind our gear and want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If your training apparel doesn't fit or meet your expectations, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all items in original condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely pack your items.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; please ensure all original tags are attached and the gear is unworn.

• 4.
  Processing & Refund

  After our warehouse receives and inspects your return, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
